Rare Earth Painting

A contemporary, nature-inspired abstract, Rare Earth is a non-representational image of organic forms and textures reminiscent of the Earth's surface. Multiple layers of neutral, nature-based hues combine to form a myriad of circular shapes suggesting planets, moons, or droplets. This engaging image is dramatic from a distance and complex with detail when viewed up close. A hint of subtle metallic gold accentuates the rich textural interest. Diptych consists of 2, 30" x 40 " canvases, total area is 60" wide x 40" high. Each canvas is gallery wrapped and mounted on premium, 1.25" deep wood stretcher bars.
