Red Green Yellow 4 Painting

The structural element of my paintings are Inspired by Golden Ratio and Geometric patterns. I draw my influence from all visual design and art history. I like to combine traditional skills and knowledge to create work with a contemporary feel. I use pigments from Renaissance art and some modern ones to create different effects through layering and colour mixing. Using this method creates interesting colour combinations. When combined with ratio, perspective and proportion the paintings hold the viewers’ attention and sustains their enjoyment over time. Red Green Yellow 4 is influenced by Leonardo da Vinci’s, Vitruvian Man. His painting Treatise still influences architecture, visual art and it's communication today.
