RELAX 5 Painting

Hoy, en estos tiempos, relajarse no es una opción, es una necesidad, en estos momentos todo juega a favor de nuestro estrés, el cual nos procura desasosiego y múltiples desequilibrios funcionales tanto físicos como emocionales. Pero relajarse no es fácil cuando el trabajo y los problemas se manifiestan en un entorno como grandes urbes apartadas de la naturaleza y además los invitamos a pasar la noche con nosotros, alterando así el sueño, ese estado en el cual se repara y carga de energía nuestro cuerpo. Meditando sobre este tema, me puse a trabajar en esta serie de seis pinturas, en ellas muestro un mundo imaginario de relajamiento y abundancia, con el fin de que el mero hecho de contemplarlas, produzca sobre el espectador aunque solo sea durante esos momentos de contemplación, un bálsamo capaz de calmar nuestra ansiedad. But relaxing is not easy when work and problems manifest themselves in an environment such as large cities isolated from nature and we also invite them to spend the night with us, thus altering sleep, that state in which energy is repaired and charged our body. Meditating on this theme, I began to work on this series of six paintings, in which I show an imaginary world of relaxation and abundance, so that the mere fact of contemplating them, produces on the viewer even if only during those moments of contemplation. , a balm capable of calming our anxiety.
