The word "clazzy" was first used to describe music. Shortly after that, it became my name. I spent most of my life immersed in music--studying oboe and playing in orchestras (including the Chicago Symphony). In 1998 I joined forces with a creative partner and together we developed "clazzy music," touring the country for twenty-four years. Move ahead two decades and enter the world of art. I had been drawing illustrations and cartoons for several years, but then, on my birthday in 2019, a close friend “gifted” me a set of paintbrushes. I was hooked. The word "clazzy" described my paintings just as well as it did my music. Clazzy Art was born. For me, painting is all about what the subject FEELS like. Clazzy Art is a brush with heart When I look at a painting, there's only one question: How does it feel to me? How does it feel to YOU?
