ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Having visited Sri Lanka many times and seen these beautiful big cats lazing on the rocks in Yala National Park, it was easy to paint them taking a snooze after a hard day trying to avoid the tourists! My links with Sri Lanka are very strong as I adopted a baby orphan elephant there and let her go back to the wild at 4 years old. As I am known as 'Elephant Mummy' with all the lovely friends I have made, the vets who are now my dearest friends come out to track the wildlife and obviously know where the leopards have their territories. Ready to hang for your home.
