About The Artwork

I was flying home from visiting my son when I looked out the plane window and saw a sea of billowing clouds, a brilliant periwinkle blue sky with shades of paines gray, and the sense of an eternal light that stretched way beyond the horizon. It was one of the most spectacular views I’d ever seen. Luckily, I had my drawing pencils with me in my carry-on bag, so I started sketching the view before it disappeared. I hope I captured just some of the beauty this fleeting view afforded me.
