The work begins with remembering the traces of the changing landscape. The scenes embodied in the works are an abstract landscape painting made by gathering the reminiscences. Sometimes it is recorded along with the edges of the mountain, the flow of time, the empty sky or the shape of the light and the footsteps of the shadow, along with the drawings of landscape in the picture. in the picture. One day, as the sun sets, the shadows of mountains that pass by, the sparkling sunlight shining in the river, the colors of the spring 's fragrance are reproduced, or the traces of the outline are left in memory. I create private and artificial landscapes by collecting the layers of the traces with the color and shape of the fragments of the unconscious scenery and the forms of the afterglow remaining in the afterimage of memory. The recently started series of 'Sansu' begins with an interest in the concept of 'Sansu' of oriental landscape painting. In the Oriental age, the 'Sansu(mountain and water)' of landscape painting was the space of utopia, the realization of cosmic simplicity as a concept of artificial, not nature in nature. Based on this concept, I tried to realize the landscape that was artificially transformed by the artist rather than the actual or real space. It began with inspiration from the formal features of the old oriental painting depicting the Korean landscape. The mountains are stronger in the sense that the grayish white granite is exposed rather than the feeling that the trees have entered the ridge. Therefore, it is understandable that the landscape paintings painted with black ink show well the shape of landscape of Asia. Acrylic skins made from acrylic paints are intricate and intuitive in contrast to the cold, solid graphite drawings. This represents the flexibility of the water that continues to circulate, flow and change unlike the mountains where the layers of time in the arid mountains stand up and stand up. Such accumulation, flexibility, and transformation of time reflect the fundamental nature of ever-changing nature. Creating a new, abstract landscape by reflecting the collection of reminiscences that has been accumulated for a long time by using layering of collage to build up time. This is not merely a landscape landscape projected on the wall surface but also a variety of construction works to convey the accumulation of temporality to the viewers.
