Fashion illustration of Shiaparelli Spring 2020 Couture collection, look 14. I was fascinated by the outstanding jewelry of the collection and the painting features the exagerated version of the earrings. Also, the portrait itself has a vibe of something mystic, something unseen or hidden. An earrings eye plays a very symbolic role here. The painting is made using a variety of media: soft pastel, watercolor, acrylics, charcoal, colored pencils, ink, etc. Some of the earring's details are given extra dimension by glueing rhinestones on top.
