Artist Statement: While contrasting coarse and rough imagery with delicate materials on a large scale, I make use of urban observations and experience to suggest the dark and heavy decay of cities. My investigations into urban decay deal with the vulnerability and eventuality of social structures along with the actions that take place within them. Within the context of my work, I raise questions about social spaces and individual experiences.
