Alex Tuzinsky is a Slovak-born artist based in Florida, USA. He earned a master’s degree from Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica before relocating to the United States in the 1990s during a time of major geopolitical change. He continued his artistic development at the Boca Raton Museum Art School, refining a deeply personal and expressive approach to painting. Tuzinsky is known for his figurative works, which he describes as windows to the soul—intimate portrayals that project emotion, love, and the human struggle with mortality. His paintings are contemplative and resonant, inviting viewers into layered psychological and emotional spaces. His work has been exhibited in solo and group shows across the United States and Europe, and is held in private collections on three continents.
