ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The Red Cliffs Recreation Area in Southern Utah is located at the base of towering red cliffs of Navajo Sandstone. Quail Creek flows through the canyon creating beautiful waterfalls in the spring time. Full grown cottonwood and willows trees grow along the creek banks and provide shade and sanctuary for the all canyon dwellers. This is dinosaur country and a short hike up the rocky canyon side will reveal the footprints of the Utah Raptor.
