ABOUT THE ARTWORK
As the use of Raw Sienna had added contrast and texture to previous paintings. I used it here to increase the disparity of the elements. The raw Sienna can almost be seen through to the paper. Whilst the block of green is matt and impenetrable. All the elements are set off to one side and the lines are at angles, all allowing a sense of movement. I use Acrylic because it, largely, gives a flatter finish than oils and it dries quickly. The painting, for safety, will be shipped in a 4" tube, and allows the buyer to choose the frame. A box frame is available if wanted.
