Silent Gaze - The Enchanting Encounter Painting

Co. Meath Ireland-based artist Daniela Garau is a member of Visual Artists Ireland. With her academic background in Environmental Engineering, which has profoundly shaped her artistic vision, Daniela's passion for the environment and wildlife blossomed during her university years, leading her to adopt sustainability as a guiding principle in her life and work. This commitment is reflected in her art, where she focuses on natural subjects. Daniela's talent is remarkably unique as she stands out as one of Ireland's most versatile artists, creating exquisite work across a broad spectrum of subjects and mediums including wildlife, equine art, landscape and seascape, portrait, still life, and abstract paintings. In a world often overshadowed by messages of violence and despair, Daniela strives to celebrate the beauty and diversity of nature. Her aim is to engage viewers on a deeper level, fostering mindfulness and encouraging a respite from the chaos of everyday life. Daniela has successfully participated in various events, including the exhibition at Dunamaise Arts Centre, Portlaoise, where her work 'Balance, Still Life of a Pineapple' was selected by Blaise Smith RHA. In 2024, her oil painting 'Enchanting Beauty' was selected for the Bord Bia Bloom Art Exhibition at Phoenix Park in Dublin.   In November 2024, Daniela was successfully part of the ART Source exhibition in Dublin for the first time and she will be returning in November 2025. In August 2025 she will make her debut at the Dublin Horse Show art exhibition. Last but not least, Daniela Garau's work, having passed a rigorous selection process, will be showcased in the 195th Annual RHA Exhibition in Dublin, from May 26 to August 3 2025, a truly remarkable achievement.
