Large oil painting Inspired by Orhism direction in art .It has almost a surreal depiction of nature and rich colours. In the process of creating, Julia builds up mosaic of colours until it feels organic . Her goal is to create a deep expression of landscape at an elemental level, simplifying form to direct the gaze into the intensity of paint; its vibrancy and texture so that the viewer starts to feel the painting beyond the simple observation of object. Dark and light shapes of the tree's brunches create a statement piece of art . Painting is ready to hang and does not require framing. Sides painted in black . Artwork is finished with varnish.
