About The Artwork
‘Sleeping At 100MPH’ is a saying which refers to a good deep sleep, one which refreshes and recharges. Something like ‘How was your sleep?’......’I slept at 100MPH’. So, it could be that it is about a wonderful wondrous dream that could take you anywhere, even where you would not have thought of. The actual painting itself is painted in acrylic paint on stretched canvas and as it isn’t intended to be framed, it is also neatly painted in ultramarine on the sides, right around. The image is of an upward flow and being placed upright would give it that feeling, although placed horizontally would suit it as well. Thank you for your interest. Zeal.
