Seyi explores the Nigerian culture with this painting. The talking drum in the Nigerian dialect means "gangan". Gangan is a traditional drum of the Yorubas used as musical instrument and also as a means of communication in the villages. Yorubas used the "gangan" in storytelling and ushering in of dignitaries in social functions and masquerades during the coronation of the Obas.
