ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This artwork painted on one breath after Constitution vote. It was so foolish as a circus or theatre tragic comedy. All the results were known before the vote. Helplessness and annoyance - this doves will die after chips. They cannot chew - so the chips will block their breath. And the black crow will be near all the time.
