ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a one of a kind original acrylic painting. The base layer is overlaid with delicate fine nozzle line work, all painted by hand, creating a unique finish. Collectors are encouraged to touch the artwork to feel the texture. This work is inspired by the coastlines of Iceland. Growing up in warm Western Australia I often dream about other climates and landscapes. As an adult I have been lucky enough to see snow and I love cold, rugged places. I enjoyed working with calming blues again for this piece. Framed in solid Tasmanian Oak and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
