Art Description

Painting: Tempera, Egg tempera, Fluorescent paint, oil bar, Ink on Canvas.

Sudden rains in Herefordshire are very common. They are unpredictable.
This painting is inspired by the movement that is created within a landscape. The continuing brush stroke marks are giving us a sense of light but simultaneously being cross with a black line suggesting disorder.

Inspired by the landscape in the Welsh borders and the dramatic changes that the weather brings, affecting not only the light but the emotional in us.
This bold abstract painting gives a sense of perspective in which the viewer is easily drawn in and taking to the happenings within the painting. The bold and bright colours give a sense of joy for which humour is underlined.
