About The Artwork
I live in a stunning part of Thailand with my house and studio overlooking the beautiful gulf of Thailand. I’m very lucky where I live I can see the sun rising about the sea and and in the evening setting in the far distance. Then again in the evening (especially this time of year) the moon rising like a yellow ball of fire. My house and studio overlooking the beautiful gulf of Thailand. I had my first selected exhibition in 2016 on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, I am also a finalist in a prestigious Spring / Summer group exhibition to be held in London in early 2017, not bad for a girl from the rice field. I am a full-time artist and have been successfully selling my art for 6 years, mostly now with online galleries and my website, I also have people call into my studio / home to look at and buy my work. I have a number of diverse styles and influences, I have customers all over the world, including America, Australia, Canada, England, France, Germany, Holland, Monaco, Peru, Scotland, South Korea, and Thailand, I’m very proud of that. I’ve had an exhibition but the best exhibition of all………those of my paintings hanging on walls at homes, offices and hotels of my valued clients.

Thailand
Ta Byrne is a Thai artist who lives and works on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, just off the south coast of Thailand. Her Oil Paintings . are vibrant, eye-catching and packed with a sense of fun and humour. Ta takes humans as her focal point in her Figurative Painting but abstracts these figures by distorting them and using a cartoonish style to create a more humorous feel. While her work is mostly representational, she incorporates Surrealist elements in many of her paintings, making her one of the most exciting artists working in Thailand today. Ta comes from humble beginnings, living out her childhood on the rural outskirts of Bangkok as a farmer's daughter. During her teen years, she worked sewing shirts in a Bangkok sweatshop, and it was during this time that she met an old street artist who invited her to his studio. This sparked her desire to become an artist, and since then, she has gone on to produce Abstract and Cubist paintings that have received international acclaim from art connoisseurs.
