While driving on a flyover this scene below of the city bathed in the bright , vibrant colours of the sunset , in the backdrop of the cityscape dotted with buildings of different types, sizes & styles, caught my attention with roads filled with cars of people heading home late from work. I never cease to be amazed at how a dull, drab city can get get transformed into a magical scene during sunset !I hope viewers will be able to feel brightness & vibrancy of the sunset in this work.I choose to do the outlining with markers because I wanted the building outlines to be sharp while the oil colours would subdue them somewhat while at the same time bring out the vibrancy of the colours of the sunset.
