ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This painting was reworked several times over the past year until it reached a point of completion which simply means that there was no longer a single square I wanted to alter the color of -- I mixed cold wax in with the oil paint to hold light rather than reflect it -- I have a fascination with pattern
