Painting: Acrylic and Oil on Canvas.

The title I chose for this painting is also a novel by American writer F.Scott Fitzgerald, published in 1934.
It was almost at the same time, that the most important figures in Modern architecture established their reputations.
Mies van der Rohe served as director of the Bauhaus, he designed the German pavilion at 1929.
In this painting we recognize this architectural milestone in unnatural neon light.
