ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Since I was a child, I've always been thrilled by jet aircraft. One summer, my grandfather took me to see the Blue Angels at Oceana Air Station. Since then, I've been a big fan of the Blue Angels. For this painting, I wanted to capture the highly reflective surface of the aircraft, as well as the heat haze coming off of the engines.
