ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A lagoon of blues in dark blue, ink blue, bright blue with warm neutrals - in shades of cream, beige, light blue-grey. The acrylic is painted on with a palette knife in layers, creating a colour field painting. Hangs in any direction. The final stretched size is 78.7 x 38inches / 168 x 100cm ships in a roll 83 x 42.4 inches / 180x 112cm - allowing a 2.2 inch or6cm painted edge to neatly wrap around the stretcher. This calming abstract is a balance of navy, dark blues, white, beige, ivory and light grey. This abstract seascape is perfect above a console or above a bed.
