About The Artwork
Oil under Resin on Wood Panel. This is a part of a series of divers that I am currently working on. It is a painting done in oils and multiple layered resin. I am trying to capture the effectof an underwater scene with this painting. The water is done with many layers of colored resin to mimic water. After the layers are poured I then sand back into the piece to expose various colors.
