Nature and civilisation, inertia and change, are the central elements of his artistic research. Materials, which others might ignore, here they tell their own stories either as autonomous sculptures, or incorporated into paintings as protagonists. The paintings are mostly anthropocentric and are influenced by literature, the unconscious mind, everyday life and movements such as Arte Povera and Surrealism. The artist allows the viewer to roam freely inside the narrative, urging him to redefine his relationship with nature.
