The Lounge Chair Painting

I am an oil painter and have exhibited in Connecticut, Florida and California, France and Italy. My landscapes and figure works imply a mixture of the Mediterranean/Caribbean and impressionistic style. From an early age, I wanted to be an artist. My mother, Sarah, introduced the world of art through her own creative spirit as a multi media artist. It wasn't unusual spending time sketching in the early childhood years in our backyard with my brother, Michael, who has become a successful western landscape artist. Presently, 6 of my siblings are artists. When I went back to art after a full career in singing around the world, I studied with my other brother Raymond, who lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and sells at a gallery in Carmel, CA. I enjoy plein air painting in Italy, Paris, France and Connecticut as well as in California.
