‘The Lovers’ (2 hearts beating as one) a large oil painting which is part of my Lover’s collection depicting two exquisite lovers locked In an embrace. I love working with the soft colours, I love the form they take, I love the beauty, the feeling, the glow it generates, I try to capture that glow with every brush or knife stroke but above all I wanted “The Lovers” to look comfortable with lots of pleasing curves, ageless, of indeterminate origin or nationality, but above all at ease with themselves, 2 hearts beating as 1. To me the most important thing is my reputation I want a trusted brand, I want my collectors to know, I will always put them first. I used to think I was lucky, I’ve had some amazing reviews, but that comes with hard work, I want to exceed people’s expectations. As a successful full-time artist I have been selling my art for over 6 years, my art is hanging on walls in private collections in 13 different countries, I’m very proud of that. I’ve had an exhibition but the best exhibition of all………those of my paintings hanging on walls at homes, offices and hotels of my valued clients. Painted mainly with a knife using high quality oils, with soft touches of bright colours all my painting have a story to tell, but you will never really know what that story is, but you can speculate. I love painting people, but I don’t want to just paint portraits, I want my people to have a bit of character, a little of the night about them I want them to be different, special. Above all I want “The lovers” to look comfortable ageless, of indeterminate origin or nationality, but above all at ease with themselves. I sell mainly rolled canvases which are professionally packed and tracked in high-quality, materials.
