He was born and grow up in Madrid until his twenty years old. This city was the place where Alberto, at the age of four years old, started to copy still lifes with the acrylic technique; at the age of eight he started using the oil technique due to the versatility, at fifteen his desires to study fine arts were ruined by the traditonal mindset of his family, that’s the reason he studied Forestry and Gardening. Over the years he painted as a hobbie and without passion but worldwide crisis came out and Alberto lost his job; his life changed, because he retaked again his passion and started to study more deeply the oil technique by a painting workshop, where he tried to get the perfection into realism but at this time Alberto realised this movement wasn’t the path of expression he was looking for. That’s why he started to travel and working around Europe. This experience helped him to be more open minded and realized abstraction was his language of expression. Draw formed the creative monster locked up from many years and finally became alive, Alberto rented a studio where he could turn his ideas into action and to do this, he began with the action painting as way of expression because he always has in mind Picasso’s quote. For him, "Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working” that’s why he spends hours working at the studio. With his work Alberto wants to imply that for him art it’s the interaction of absorve, expel and transform human feelings.
