I am Elena Baglai Nikolic My journey into the world of art began at a young age. From 1983 to 1988, I studied at a children's art school, where my passion for painting was ignited. I continued my formal education at the Kazan Faculty of Painting, named after Fechin, under the guidance of the esteemed Professor M.A. Vagapov, from 1991 to 1996. Seeking to refine my craft even further, I completed a course with Professor Nafikova R.I. at the Riga Academy of Art between 1999 and 2001. Since 2001, I have been working as a designer and decorator for both public and private buildings. I n 2008, I moved to the beautiful town of Budva, Montenegro, where I established my own studio de peinture. Here, I passionately teach fine arts, drawing, and composition, sharing my expertise with aspiring artists. My portfolio includes a solo exhibition in 2014 at the "Queen of Montenegro" gallery in Budva. In 2019, I created an exquisite collection of 62 graphic works for the "Harmony" hotel in Budva. In April 2020, I completed a project of 45 paintings for the "Perla" hotel in Krašići. In July 2021, I participated in the 5th Art Biennale in Montenegro, Petrovac, with my piece "Femina." I also held an independent exhibition, "Whirlpool," at JU "Crvena Komuna" in Petrovac in November 2021, followed by another solo showcase at the JU Museum and Gallery in Tivat in December 2021. I continue to enchant the art world with my vivid compositions and evocative designs. My work, characterized by a mélange of classical techniques and contemporary flair, invites viewers into a realm of beauty and serenity. Each piece reflects my dedication to capturing the essence of my subjects with a touch of French elegance. Explore my collection and bring a piece of my artistic vision into your own espace.
