The work was inspired by painters of the Harlem Renaissance and how music inspired their visual representations The painting reflects a festive scene full of color and emotion The medium chosen acrylic, painted fabric and batik is a style that I developed. I thought it would be very new and original.

Lebanese-American artist who enjoys exploring the different facets of artistic expression through different media- Eversince 1983 has had yearly exhibits in various capitals-Washington, Paris,London, Dubai,Amman and Beirut both in painting and paper mache. I have worked on various murals and book and poster illustrations and am also a full time Professor in CVultural Studies at LAU and Balamand -both universities in Lebanon.
