The Trembling of Spring Painting

The artwork by Nikolay Prokopenko (Honored Artist of Ukraine). For twenty years of work, there were organized more than fifty of his personal exhibitions. «Ukrainian Picasso"- this is how NikolayProkopenko is called by some foreign critics. Many of his works were included in the museums’ collections of Ukraine. Some are in the collections of the national libraries of France, Holland, Poland, in galleries and private collections in Germany, Spain, Romania, Greece, and Switzerland. More than 66 museums and galleries in the world are the proud owners of his paintings. The art critic from Paris, Jean-Luc Rigaud, and the Mexican composer Manuel Mora, who considers Prokopenko’s art as a genuine miracle, equally admire artworks created by Prokopenko. On the "sun of the South" exhibition presents 35 works of the author, on view from November 12thto December 5th.
