I love to look at the trees a night. We have a lot of mature trees and beyond them swamp land behind our home in Michigan. This painting is of the view from my back porch. The darkness never seems so luxuriant as when it has covered the trees. It appears so velvety soft with a deepness that is enhanced by the contrast of the faintly illuminated sky behind it.

Frame not included.
This is a small painting so I’ve signed on the back.
