About The Artwork

"The last one and the first one has the same artistic composition. The first picture represents us the Christmas story. The second picture welcomes you in to an enchanted forest with a small hamlet on the edge. The third picture shows you the details of the hamlet. Who dwells there? Who takes care of the trees around it? No one really knows but anyone may take a guess. The picture calls you even deeper into the vision so that you feel drawn to a single house. You almost breathe in the gentle atmosphere of an upcoming holytide. What sacred moment do they await so quietly amongst their misty woods? Nothing is named here directly but the Christmas ambiance is hard to conceal. Its spirit comes up on the fourth picture inviting you to take an even closer look at the window and to see an apple on its ledge. But this is not the end but rather a beginning. For the apple, as you can see on the fifth picture, enshrines the seeds of a new world that still waits to be celebrated. The seeds are two. They represent the unity of the created and the creating, the human and the divine, the common and the sacred. All things that are so apart in our regular world become one complex reality in the world of Christmas coming. And yet it approaches quietly, not with an outer pomp but in the depth of human soul. What sort of new life may arise out of those mystic seeds? Everyone is welcome to imagine it ... "

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

I come from a family of artists in Kargopol, Northern Russia. After graduating from Abramtsevo Industrial Art College, I became a professional painter and ceramist. A decade dedicated to raising my children took precedence over my art career, until my husband encouraged my return. With his support, I invested our monthly income in art supplies and quickly recouped the expense by selling my paintings. My art is intuitive and poetic, providing viewers with a relaxing escape into dreamlike landscapes and animals. Nature inspires me, serving as a muse that allows me, as an introvert, to delve into my imagination. Viewers often find personal connections and meanings in my work, and I see my art as a form of spiritual support, guiding them on a journey of self-discovery. In essence, I capture a primitive world predating civilization, transforming music into visual expressions.
