The greater the pressure, the greater the value of creativity for me. Equality, balance and justice are manifested through my national identities: Karachay, Kuban Cossack, Turkish Armenian, in which there are no major and minor ones, just like in my professional and other identities. All these are not different parts of me, everything is one and manifests itself in my work and life: karate, psychology, painting, literature, music, spiritual and material, physical and subtle, abstract and figurative.
