About The Artwork
Perfectionism is a personality trait that can cause a lot of damage. In this painting, I wanted to represent perfectionism through a story in which a warrior constantly fights to be perfect. What he doesn't realize is that, from behind, on his back, every time he tries to be perfect, it's as if a dart were buried in his back. This is why I wanted to put real darts, buried in his back. He has no blood because the pain that perfectionism causes him usually is not visible to the naked eye.
