About The Artwork
A good friend of mine dog past away this year. She asked if I could do a painting of her white ikita Thor. Without hesitation I said yes, I must say it did take me a bit to do this painting because I see colors in my mind and then I channel them on to a canvas. This was a great lesson for me to work with the colors she wanted, and not mine. Once I finally could see the colors I went to town using a gesso so Thor would pop from the painting. Once I was done I took a picture of the painting and sent it to her, to my surprise her other dog who had passed a few years back appears right under Thor. It did stop then she could see images of family members who have passion as well. To say the least I was surprised and so happy that I channeled her loved ones as well as her dog. Also when you do purchase one of my originals I do write a special letter on the back of the painting just for you.
