ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Saint-Jean de Buèges, a small village in Hérault, is crossed along its entire length by the Garrel stream. Several bridges span it and immense plane trees shade it. An old parapet borders it and faces the facades illuminated by the morning sun where the damp colors of drying laundry alternate with the warm colors of the embrasures. The stream is full of soft green moss, pebbles speckled with gold, green frogs and small sparkling fish.
