About The Artwork
Through deep meditations I allow the energy forces to lead me into a sense of unity with everyone and everything. I transfer the visions and feelings that I experience along the way on the canvas, trying to turn off the ratio in the moments of creation. I visited my subconscious once, it looked like my paintings, I felt at home. This painting is very special because it is painted in both side of canvas (check in additional photos), because I had plenty of inspiration that night and I was without canvas. Tourist is specialized for traveling through the Universes, and he knows all shortcuts for many divine places. On the other side of the canvas you can see another painting, Fountain of Desires, and it title speaks for itself! Energy and juices is flowing through whole canvas, culmination is in the air and women figure standing in center of composition, monumental and proud for being able to put forward all of that. Painting is my passion and very important part of my life. I cannot imagine one day without my studio, even if I just go there and stare at my work, thinking about it. Most familiar theme in my paintings is people in many ways. Sometimes, when I'm working on my nudes, I just think how people in isolation feel: in state of self-reflection, and most intimate feeling. Speaking of those paintings, I like to say that they are "Naked portraits"-psychological portraits of a person when she/he is all alone, when she's naked as truth. Totally opposite from that, I put people in crowd, where they are trying to be persons they wanted to be - persons other people will like more. I try to show those two kinds of feelings, human mood and philosophy with different type of painting portraits, characters and atmosphere.
