ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work is a continuation of my landscape works from about 10 years ago. Nature is an inexhaustible theme and you encounter it in a very special way when playing golf. The atmosphere, the light, the vastness, the forest - everything merges into a harmonious whole. For me, the work is less about golf as a competitive sport and more about the experience of nature that is associated with the game of golf. Lush, fresh greenery, clear air, the anticipation of the game - all elements that combine to create an extraordinary experience of nature.
