ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is an abstract impressionism painting and is oil on canvas, painted with pallet knives. My dad is a trumpet player and I had found a reference image that reminded me of him and that inspired me to paint this. It has a rough texture due to the pallet knives and is unfinished on the sides making it suitable for framing.
