Framed original artwork All work signed My current body of work concentrates on the human head. I create intimate, emotionally charged, gestural drawings and paintings of an abstract nature. I am particularly drawn to this process of making art and view it as a creative mindfulness. My paintings on canvas are of a sculptural nature, the paint is applied with a palette knife in place of a brush, I use a subdued palette of colours often representational of my mood. My work expresses thoughts, feelings, emotions and memories.
