I graduated as a graphic designer in 1981 at the Institute of Design Neumann, in the city of Caracas. In 1984 I started a career as a teacher of drawing and color at the Institute of Design in Caracas I held for eleven years. then I taught design and color in the Institu Prodiseño of Caracas and Universidad Jose Maria Vargas. in 1989 I traveled to New York City to study anatomical drawing at the New York Academy of Art with Professor Sal Montano who received me as a guest to his classes at the University of Brooklyn. I also studied lithography at the Arts Students League with Michael Pelletieri. In that city I participated in the program Bronx Museum "Artist in the Market Place" in 1991. I have had numerous solo exhibitions and participated in several group exhibitions in cities like Paris, Havana, Fort de France and Sarajevo. In 2009 I revalidate credentials Visual arts degree in graphic arts mention in the Experimental University of the Arts in Caracas. I have worked as a professional artist since 1986. currently I teach fine arts for school children and private lessons for adults.
