While attending a book reading at Elliot Bay Books I happened to meet Al Gore and Tipper. I raised my middle finger in salute to the banal and fruitless stamp made on our political landscape. This piece is very much a moment in time painting, dealing with feelings of betrayal at a very specific point in my history.
