ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece was made on a reclaimed Faux brick wall panel. The back is cradled with wood furring Strips for easy hanging and the edges are coated with black lacquer. This piece features news Clippings and papers dating back to 1905. The large "War" clipping is from a magizne from the 1940s right after Pearl Harbor was attacked. It is coated with a single coat of epoxy to offer maximum protection. It also is dried in such a way that it has a wet look, like it was freshly rained on. Weighs 20 pounds.
