Philosopher Arne Nasss developed the concept of the ecological self, which suggests that our sense of identity goes beyond the individual and includes the natural world. According to this point of view, the "I" is not separate from nature, but is closely interconnected with all living beings. When we destroy or harm the environment, we are in fact, harming a part of ourselves. With the technological development and urbanization of people, many of them have lost touch with their wildlife and the natural world. Living in cities, working indoors and sitting in front of screens for hours has alienated modern people from nature. This physical separation can lead to a sense of alienation where people no longer feel grounded or connected to the cycles of the Earth. Suppressing the wild sides of human nature can lead to psychological and emotional imbalance. The constant regulation of emotions and behavior in accordance with social norms can cause people to feel constrained, frustrated or numb. The wild, unrestrained side, striving for self-expression through creativity, passion and physical movements, is often suppressed, leading to stress and anxiety. The loss of connection with the nature around us and our inner self strongly affects people and we destroy those within ourselves
