ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I have lived by the sea in Brighton, England for a number of years and it inspires me on a daily basis. There is a serenity and beauty that I can only find by sitting and staring out to sea. I am interested in creating a calm and tranquil sea/land scape that echo's summer afternoons I spent picnicking by the seaside as a child. I edge each 'scape' with a neutral grey box rule and a then a white boarder which frames the work.
