About The Artwork

The Transatlantyk cycle is a collection of small-format oil paintings (12x12 inches and 12x15,5 inches) depicting block/ skyscraper windows. Each picture is one window and one scene from daily live. They can be assembled arbitrarily in different layouts to create block/ skyscraper illusions. The idea is to show different scenes from ordinary life taking place next to each other. An additional strength of this cycle is the fact that almost everyone knows this view. Transatlantyk gives a lot of exposition opportunities and due to its segmental design can be a very nice form of collecting art. You can buy one window, two or more. Later, you can buy more by expanding your own view / block, creating your own collection. You can see it on photo examples. I have painted many paintings from this series and I am still painting new ones. I will be successively publishing next ones. I attach fixing plasters to each painting . You don`t need to drill holes in the wall, just stick the patch and put the picture in the right place.
