Winter is Coming Again ! Painting

Oil on canvas 24 x 24 x 1.5 inches from New York city * This scene is from Manhattan, New York * Winter scene is always intriguing, I always thought one day I will be painting snow scene vigorously in the studio, because from childhood I was admiring old masters snow painting a lot of times, but wondered what kind of snow painting i could bring-- Now, my experience and technique develops i have a courage to start snow painting, of course, my intention is to create something very different snow painting, but very colorful and brings enough positive energy so that it should have long lasting impact. First, my current painting has been focused on deep jewel tone colors, as a result, i could not avoid dark side of the nature, of course you don't have to make dark painting to express night scene, that should be showing in my future painting process, for now, i would like to bring fresh snow snow colors a and most importantly i would like to emphasis on beautiful and cozy winter spirit dating from my childhood Hopefully, people understand my desire to bring beautiful winter spirit. * This painting also involved with some heavy texture * side will be painted Black eventually * This painting will be shipped out in a cardboard Box
